Withdrawal requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable). If the athlete withdraws on or before the 15th of the month, tuition will be pro-rated. If the athlete withdraws after the 15th, tuition for that month is forfeited.
If an athlete will be absent for vacations or other commitments, she must continue to pay the full monthly tuition in order to retain her place on the team. This is because overhead expenses must be covered, and coaches must be paid throughout the year. If an athlete chooses to temporarily withdraw from the program, it is at the head coach's discretion whether to allow the athlete to return to the program, either at all, or at her current competitive level. This should be discussed with the coach in advance of the absence.
If an athlete suffers an injury that restricts her ability to attend practice, reduced tuition may be offered, if the written request is accompanied by a written physician's order. If the injury prevents all competition and practice of any kind for 30 days or more by physician order, the athlete may pay 25% tuition to hold her place on the team.
